Vintage Handloomed Cotton & Hemp Hmong Textile Table Runners

  • We worked with a textile connoisseur in Thailand to source these gorgeous hand-loomed Hmong textiles. Originally used by the Hmong people in celebrations, wrapped as skirts or baby carriers, we have repurposed them into table runners. Ours exclusively, each table runner is unique.

    Details & Care: Machine wash cool with like colors, hang dry or dry clean. No bleach or fabric softener. 
  • These vintage textiles were originally used by the Hmong tribes in celebrations, as skirts and baby carriers. The Hmong hilltribes of Thailand, Laos and China have long been revered for their intricate textiles. The patterns and techniques vary by region and tribe but include woven textiles, batik, indigo, embroidery, appliqué and frequently a combination of multiple techniques in bright, contrasting colors.
